Price Changes: All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices and / or other unforeseen circumstances. The price of an item cannot be confirmed until you have placed your order. Occasionally, pricing errors may happen on our website due to technical fault, general error or malicious attack. We retain the right to cancel any orders that include pricing errors, without any further obligations to you, even if you have already received an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. Prices for products featured or advertised at mowersgalore.com.au may vary from our retail stores, as well as third-party online and retail stores, or through mobile applications.
Returns: Goods for return must be approved by us, and received within 14 days complete with the order confirmation/invoice. A 25% restocking fee will apply. Specifically ordered parts cannot be cancelled or returned.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or expense, howsoever arising, whether direct or indirect and/or whether present, unascertained, future or contingent (Liability) suffered by you or any third party, arising from or in connection with your use of our Site and/or the Content and/or any inaccessibility of, interruption to or outage of our Site and/or any loss or corruption of data and/or the fact that the Content is incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date.
